We all want to look slimmer, feel healthier and more attractive, but no one wants to put the work in. Well, this is why we did some research and found an easy technique to aid you in flattening that belly for this summer. Hence, this simple technique is often used in yoga.
Also, it is known to be very effective. What will this do? For one, it’ll aid you in flattening your waistline and strengthening your abdominal muscles in just one month. Of course, the more you do, the better you will get. In turn, the more muscle you will gain.
Keep in mind that you must do at least 5 repetitions of the technique. As with everything else you begin to do, it will be hard at first. But, as time goes on, it will get easier and you will be able to do more and more each time.
These are the steps you should take:
1. The first thing you should do is lay down on your back and keep your arms along your body, your knees being bent on the floor, and your muscles as relaxed as possible.
Then, while releasing air from your lungs, exhale slowly, and without straining your muscles.
2. Next you should begin straining your stomach muscles by freeing air from your lungs and trying to suck in as much as you can. We advise you not to breath during this.
After that, fix the lower part of your abdomen for about 15 seconds, while taking a small breath and continuing to pull in your stomach.
3. The next thing you should do is breathe a bit and try not to rush in relaxing your stomach. Instead, hold your breath while straining your stomach muscles for another 15 seconds, then again, keeping the muscle tension. FInally, inhale. Some people find this a bit tough to do. If so, then take a short breath if you must.
4.Once you have done this, exhale and relax your stomach, (do some free-breath exhalation), then re-release air from your lungs, and pull your stomach in as much as possible.
The next thing you should do is stretch your stomach muscles, and then without inhalation free your stomach upward.
Ergo, once 3 weeks have passed, this exercise should lead to a reduction in abdomen in a physical sense and lowering of the waist size, the strengthening of your abdominal muscles. This will become straight, as well as your figure as a whole.
