Many times in our life we do some things and do’t know that they are dangerous for us! For that in this text we will tell you some things you should never do after eating!
- FIRST THING IS SMOKING- DO NOT SMOKE!
Every smoker immediately after eating light a cigarette but scientists have shown that the cigarette which is lit at that moment is equal like we had smoked 10 cigarettes . You increase the chance of getting cancer .
- SECOND THING IS SHOWERING- DO NOT TAKE A SHOWER
You should not take a shower after eating because it increases blood flow to the arms and legs and in that way you are reducing the amount of blood in the stomach . Therefore you will worse digest food.
- THIRD THING ARE FRUITS- DO NOT EAT FRUITS!
If after eating your breakfast,lunch or dinner you start to eat some fruit your stomach will be filled with air and you’ll feel like a balloon.
- FOURTH THING IS SLEEPING- DO NOT SLEEP!
If you consume food and right after that you go to sleep you can get an infection in the intestines .
- AND LAST THING- DO NOT WALK AROUND!
By walking you disturb the digestive system in absorbing nutrients from the food that had entered into the body . You should walk but after a half hour after eating.
