Many people think that you need regular exercise and a healthy diet in order to lose belly fat, and this is true, but there is another way to lose belly fat in just a month. Losing fat is a slow process, so don’t expect to lose all your belly fat at once. You need to follow these steps:
Stop eating fast food and heavy meals immediately! Everything with high amounts of sugar, fat or calories should be thrown out of your home – this means no more biscuits and cakes. These foods are not even nutritionally valuable and only increase your fat deposits. Even if you exercise, you won’t lose fat if you eat them regularly.
Drink plenty of water. 8-10 glasses of water daily are the recommended daily intake – this will ensure that you’re well hydrated and keep your body clean of toxins. Water prevents fluid retention as well.
You need to consume more fiber-rich foods such as cereal, vegetables, legumes and nuts. The fiber content of these foods will repel hunger and is also great for your cardiovascular health.
In order to improve your heart function, exercise for at least 30-45 minutes a day. Go for a run or walk, do aerobics, dancing or cycling. These simple exercise will burn a lot of fat – even fast walking counts!
