Five months ago, a court in Milan, Italy, paid compensation to the family of a young boy who developed autism from a 6-in-1 hexavalent vaccine produced by the British company GlaxoSmithKline. However, outside of Italy there are almost no reports on this case.
On 24 September, 2014, Italy’s National Vaccine Injury Compensation Program version agreed that GlaxoSmithKline’s “INFANRIX Hexa” polio, diphtheria, tetanus, hepatitis B, pertussis and haemophils influenza B vaccine caused permanent autism and brain damage in the boy, whose name was not revealed due to privacy matters. The vaccine contains multiple antigens, thimerosal, aluminum, formaldehyde, recombinant, viral components and chemical preservatives caused autism in the boy after he received 3 doses. His family petitioned the case before Italy’ Ministry of Health, but was rejected.
However, they didn’t give up – the young boy’s family filed a lawsuit, something that wouldn’t have happened in the USA due to a Supreme Court ruling that exempts drug companies’ legal liability when their products harm or kill someone. After seeing the case, the Court concluded that the vaccine was directly responsible for the boy’s autism.
Confidential GSK report reveals that INFANRIX Hexa causes brain damage, anal leakage, autism and more!
A report revealing that the drug giant knew about the dangers of their vaccine was presented as evidence to the Court. As the company decided to release the drug anyway, they caused at least five autism cases. GSK however still insist that the vaccine and its risk-benefit profile is favorable over the wide range of fatal diseases it causes. Here are some of INFANRIX Hexa adverse effects:
Anemia hemolytic autoimmune disease (premature destruction of red blood cells)
Thrombocytopenia (low blood platelet count)
Thrombocytopenia purpura (blood clots in small blood vessels)
Autoimmune thrombocytopenia (immune system destroys blood platelets)
Idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (excessive bruising or bleeding from lack of platelets)
Hemolytic anemia (red blood cells destroyed and removed from bloodstream prematurely)
Cyanosis (skin discoloration caused by lack of oxygen at skin’s surface)
Injection site nodules, abscesses and injection site abscesses
Kawasaki’s disease (inflammation of arteries)
Encephalitis (inflammation of the brain)
Encephalopathy (abnormal brain function)
Hematochezia (passage of blood through the anus)
Allergic reactions (including anaphylactic and anaphylactoid reactions)
Italian courts also found MMR vaccine causes autism
This is not the only case where the Court was presented evidence about a drug that causes diseases. In 2012, Judge Lucio Ardigo concluded that the popular MMR (measles, mumps and rubella) vaccine caused autism in another child, a 15-month year old boy who developed bowel and eating problems after getting the shot. Later, he was diagnosed with autism. As the official document read, the boy has “been damaged by irreversible complications due to vaccination (with trivalent MMR).”
“There is a desperate need for more science on autism and the role that vaccines play, flimsy industry, medical and government retorts to the contrary notwithstanding,” wrote Mary S. Holland for the health news and information site.”, Mary S. Holland wrote for Age of Autism.
