How To Lose 10-17 Pounds With This Delicious Fat-Burning Soup In Just 1 Week!

1 oz. of Lipton onion soup mix

A bunch of celery

A can of diced tomatoes

3 lbs. of carrots

6 large green onions

1 large cabbage

2 cans of green beans

Salt and pepper

Cayenne pepper, beef bouillon, parsley, Tabasco sauce, curry powder (optional)


Mix all the ingredients in a bigger pot, then season with the spices and add water. Boil the mixture for about 10 minutes, then let it simmer until the vegetables are tender.

Organic diet cabbage soup


1 onion

1 garlic bulb

1 bell pepper

1 large cabbage

1 lb. of shitake mushrooms

2 lbs. of tomatoes

1 kombu seaweed

Saute the vegetables except the cabbage and tomatoes in vegetable or coconut oil first, then put the tomatoes and shredded cabbage in a pot with water. When the mixture reaches the boiling point, simmer for an additional 5 minutes, and season to taste.

Here’s the 7-day diet plan:

Day 1

Eat only the soup and fruit during the day, and drink water, cranberry juice, kombucha as well as unsweetened tea. You can eat as much watermelon and cantaloupe as you want, but avoid eating bananas.

Day 2

Eat only the cabbage soup and vegetables through the day, with a big buttered potato for dinner. Avoid any fruits!

Day 3

Eat the soup along fruits and vegetables, but avoid the potato for dinner. At this point, you should lose about 5-7 pounds.

Day 4

Eat bananas and drink water as much as you want along the soup.

Day 5

On day 5, you can eat 6 tomatoes, 10-20 oz. of beef, lamb, chicken, fish, wheat, beans and aduki. Consume organic red meat and drink 6-8 glasses of water. Eat a bowl of the soup at least once during the day.

Day 6
