Yogurt contains live bacteria called acidophilus which can successfully eliminate the bacteria in the area between the nails and toes. Yogurt also contains other microorganisms which can destroy fungal infections. Soak your feet in yogurt, or just rub it all over your feet and let it dry. When you’re done, wash your feet with warm water.

Baking soda

Baking soda is a great natural remedy against fungal infections. Mix baking soda and water in a 1:3 ratio, and apply the mixture to your shoes, then let it dry. The combination will effectively kill all bacteria in your shoes.

Hydrogen peroxide

Add 100 ml. of 3% hydrogen peroxide in a liter of distilled water and soak your feet in the solution for 20 minutes. This will eliminate any fungal infection besides preventing it from spreading or coming back. Repeat the method every morning until you notice improvements.

Corn starch

Corn starch is effective in destroying bacteria and fungi thanks to its absorbent properties. It can absorb the moisture from your feet perfectly and eliminate all bacteria on them. Mix half a teaspoon of corn starch with some warm water, then put the mixture in a preheated oven at 220 C until it turns dark. Rub this mixture on your feet and leave it for a minute, then wash it off with warm water.
