- 5 to 7 potatoes
- 2 egg whites
- some ground black pepper (to taste)
- some sweet paprika (to taste)
- some salt to taste
First of all, peel the potatoes and cut them in small pieces (up to 1cm thick). Then, beat the egg whites until foam appears and add the salt, the paprika and the pepper in them. Stir it all well. Put the potatoes in a bowl and add the mixture. Preheat your oven to 200 – 220°C and put the potatoes inside. Bake for about 7 to 10 minutes. They should be golden on the surface when you take them out of the oven.
