Underarm fat is an embarrassing problem to have – the fat hangs around your arm and even extends to your back, giving your skin a saggy look and making it impossible to wear a bra or to sit properly. Sadly, there isn’t a magical trick which can help you reduce underarm fat.
The only solution for resolving the problem is to build muscles in the area in order to tighten the fat. This can be done with some exercises and an appropriate diet. Check out these 4 exercises which will help you reduce your underarm fat:
Spread your arms to the sides with the palms facing up, then fold each arm at the elbow to make a 90-degree angle. Swing your hands while they are collapsed at the front so they can shut at the elbow with your lower arms touching on the sides. Do 3 sets of the exercise with 10 repetitions each.
Push and touch
This exercise involves putting your arms to the sides, then lifting them over your head – you can use hand weights or an elastic band if you have one. Standing with your hands to the sides, lift them to shoulder level, then over your head before slowly getting them back in the starting position. Do 3 sets with 10 repetitions each.
Crisscross reverse flies
Put your legs apart at shoulder width and bend your knees slightly. Now, flex forward at the waist at a 90-degree angle while looking down, then take a hand weight or dumbbell in each hand and lift your hands to shoulder level. Do 3 sets with 10 repetitions each.
Bent-over circular row
Separate your legs at shoulder width, then curve your body forward at a 90-degree angle and move a dumbbell with your hands in a roundabout motion. Repeat the exercise in 3 sets with 10 repetitions each.
Regularly performing these exercise will tone your muscles and get rid of your underarm fat. It may take some time, but the results will amaze you!
